It’s some hardcore, speed work that will get your heart pumping in the first three minutes. While I am definitely in much better shape than when I began BBL almost a year ago to date, I felt still slightly out of shape for this one. For starters, I’m going to do a brief breakdown of each day. I’m going to do my weekly Focus T25 review slightly different than BBL. All I can say is, wow! I love this workout! It has noticeably changed my body in just five days of 25 minutes of exercise. Okay, so it’s been exactly one week since I began the Focus T25 workout for the second time.
